After a couple of months of slacking, I'm back at it. I'm starting at 10lbs less than I started this Spring but 5lbs up from when I stopped - not so bad considering what I've been eating. I guess that just shows the lasting effect of strength workouts. I'm really eager to get my flexibility back so I can start sleeping well again. I only lasted about a month and a half last time - shooting for all 90 days this time.
