Day 1

Ok - so I'm already off to a stellar start. I couldn't make myself get up at 5am to work out so I haven't even started the exercise part yet. The really bad news is that it is already tough. It might just be in my head, but I really want to eat something good. Q is sitting here eating a PB&J and I'm stuck eating tuna and carrots. It's unbelievable how much vegetables and proteins I have to eat. I have had 2 eggs and the largest turkey sandwich I've ever eaten and I am still a couple of servings short. I guess it's time to scramble more eggs. It'll be a little easier after Kim gets some protein bars for me at the grocery store tonight. Anyway - you should all smile because I am beginning this torturous adventure and you are not. When you drink your pop/beer tonight whilst you eat a PB&J - think of poor saps like me.... :)

Part 2 - 10:44PM
Tonight I learned that a good arm/chest/back workout makes it very hard to do things like take a shower and brush your teeth. The workout was good, but it only highlighted how much of a sissy I am - not for long...  Also - Kim jumped in and did the workout with me. I hope she keeps doing it, though I'm not sure what I'm going to if she gets in shape enough to back up the sassy... :p
