Day 2
There is no question that the day 1 workout did something. I'm pretty sore and it's nearly impossible for me to touch the top of my head. The different eating is still pretty difficult. I accidentally ate black beans today thinking they were in the protein group - turns out they're a carbohydrate.... who knew? Anyway, it's all good since I hadn't had my 1 serving of carbs yet and the amount of black beans Chipotle puts in a burrito bowl appears to be pretty close to 1 serving (no - I didn't have rice). Also on the bright side my first protein bar ever wasn't as nasty as I expected it to be... not that it was super fantastic either. Tonight's workout is plyometrics. I'm not even sure what plyometrics are, but I'm sure it'll be a pleasure... more later.
