Day 4

Good workout this morning. It was a little rough getting outta bed but I succeeded. 5am is when I'm going to have to do all of this. I'm not going to be able to sacrifice my evening time since that's when I get all of my me-time and Kimmy-time. It's also the only time I get anything done around the house - not that I've gotten much done lately. Anyway, I'm really sore now but back to a little more focused motivation than yesterday. I think it's going to help that I'm substituting lowfat chocolate milk in for the prescribed "recovery drink" shakes. I'm hopeful that it'll give a little more energy during the day and help me not to get the hungry-grouchies like yesterday. I am also formulating a plan for a one a week or every 2 weeks cheater meal. More on that later. Since today was arms/shoulders AND ab ripper, i'll have to do the abs tonight - ran outta time this morning.
