That was quick....
3rd day in and I'm already having second thoughts about the nutrition piece of the program. I never thought it would be so hard to change the way I eat, but it's very apparent that for the better part of 29 years I have lived mostly off of carbs. Everyone that knows me knows that spaghetti is my favorite food. I know I need to eat better, but this nutrition plan is terrible. I'm eating a ton of protein and vegetables and almost no carbs. It's good for building muscle, but I am hungry all day. I've missed meals and been hungry before, but there is a big difference between choosing when to be hungry and being hungry all the time. I was pretty grouchy this evening before dinner. All I wanted to do was make some spaghetti. Part of it was probably being woken from a much needed nap by some disconnected drama at work. I also switched to morning workouts. It's much harder for me to pull the time to workout in the evenings. Hopefully tomorrow morning's workout goes better than today's and helps get me back into this.

Oh friend, P90X is so hard. Adam and I tried the ab routine once and ended up just laying on the floor talking about how crazy they were. :) I know all about the low-carb lifestyle. You are doing the no-carb though. Yikes! If you love spaghetti, you should make spaghetti squash with sauce instead. It's still a carb, but much much lower. I also like the carb smart yogurt from Kroger and string cheese as a snack. You can do it!
