All week I've been able to stick with my workouts without getting hurt (knock on wood). An interesting twist is going to be Monday/Tuesday since softball started last night. Last night was only a light practice - games start next week. I am feeling it a little bit this morning. One thing I need to fix about my routine however is getting up in the morning. A couple of alarm clock malfunctions and minor determination issues has had me compromising on a couple workouts, breakfast or both. It hasn't been a terrible thing as I ease into the workout schedule to prevent more injuries, but very soon it is going to be time to really get back to pushing myself. I think that pushing my alarm back to 4:45 is going to be key. I just hope that I start getting some extra energy soon. This dog tired at 7:30 thing has to stop. :)
