Progress At Last
So far I've done 3 workouts in a row without injuring myself. I did arms and shoulders and ab ripper last night and it went really well. I did feel like my left shoulder (the one I hurt before) was about to pull a muscle when I was doing upright rows, but I was able to stop without it pulling. It was about 4 exercises from the end so I just packed it up and did ab ripper. Overall though, it went really well. In terms of the 90-day timeline, I'll probably just consider this week 2 since I spent most of week 2 injured. The bad news with the setback is that I'll be on the phase 1 (fat shredder) diet about a week longer than planned. I'm not going to lie - this Atkins-style all-protein thing sux a lot! If I'm not ripped by the 4th of July (roughly 90 days), I'm going to be pretty pissed. Ok - I don't have to be completely ripped (the bar started pretty low), but I'm gonna need to feel pretty strong for this to be worth it.
