I'm almost sure that I could get into shape if I could quit hurting myself. This morning I started back on the day1 workout (a week behind btw) after I was sure my shoulder was feeling better. I got about half-way through the first set and popped my back between my shoulders doing dive-bomber push-ups. About two minutes later it started tightening up and now I've got that muscle spasm - neck out of place thing where it hurts to turn my head to the left. If I can't bounce back from this pretty quickly and get through a week without getting hurt, I may seriously consider quitting P90x for a few weeks while I do something a little more basic. I'm just not doing myself any good by getting hurt and missing days here and there.
I've been keeping up with the food pretty well. I told Kim yesterday that I'm really close to having to tighten my belt one loop. I didn't intend for this to be a weight loss effort, but it's not really turning into much more at this point...
