This morning was the last workout in what I'm calling week 2. I have done 5 days in a row without getting hurt, I'm about 7 lbs lighter than when I started, My belt is litterally 1 loop tighter and I'm sleeping very well. Tomorrow is rest/stretch. Week 3 is going to be focusing back to completing 100% of each workout, pushing myself and getting a baseline established to start measuring progress toward more agressive goals. If I can stay healthy and disciplined, this is where I hope to really start working hard. Also - only 2 more weeks until the diet changes an adds a little more normalcy to my life. Not a moment too soon. Wish me luck. :)
