mmmmmmmmm Rabbit Food

Can anyone find me the workout diet that is all carbs? I would gladly eat nothing but spaghetti every day. Tonight I got home and made a large salad and bowl (1 cup to be precise) of broccoli. The problem now is that I only had 1 serving of protein (6oz of turkey) for lunch. That means I have to make up the gap by eating 3 servings of protein for dinner. To put this in perspective since "serving" is about as overused of a nonspecific marketing term as "savings", I had 5 eggs and 4 slices of turkey bacon this morning for breakfast totaling 3 servings of protein. Yes - that is a lot of protein. Putting aside the crying about my current diet, my arms are feeling quite a bit better. They're still red, but feeling like I could maybe actually use them tomorrow. I need to start again with the day1 exercise (back and chest), but I'm not sure I'm ready for that for tomorrow. I think I'll probably just do one of the workouts I missed due to injury and then start over with day1 on Wednesday morning. This deviates a little from "the program", but I need to hack it a little bit to keep active while my girly arms heal. The good news for those reading this blog is that I'll also get away from the unoriginal post titles such as "dayX".
