Ruh Roh

I was sitting on the couch tonight with Carter and noticed that the under-side of my right arm by my elbow is red and swollen in an area about the size of my hand. My left arm isn't. After some googling, it sounds like maybe it's just inflammation so I'm hoping that some Advil and ice will take care of it. Either way, I'm not going to be doing yoga tonight. :(
